dc.description.abstractU radu su prikazani preliminarni rezultati primene biološkog preparata - CROPAID, koji utiče na produžetak ekološkog mirovanja voćaka i pojačava otpornost na niske temperature. Ogledna ispitivanja su obavljena u eksperimentalnom zasadu Instituta za voćarstvo, objekat Preljinsko brdo, na sortama šljiva (cvs Opal, Valor, Valjevka, Čačanska lepotica, Čačanska rodna, Stanley, California Blue) i breskvi (cvs Madeleine Pouyet, Red Heaven, Sprin Gold, Baby Gold). Biljke su tretirane 0,5 % rastvorom preparata tri puta u početnim fazama vegetacije (10.03.2008.; 20.03.2008. i 31.03.2008.), nakon čega su izlagane dejstvu niskih temperatura (-4 oC) u trajanju od dva sata. Efekat primenjenog preparata praćen je utvrđivanjem stepena oštećenja cveta ispitivanih biljaka pomoću fluorescentnog mikroskopa marke OLYMPUS BX61. Od svih ispitivanih sorti najveći efekat primene preparata (najmanja oštećenja) zabeležena su kod sorti Valjevka i Red Heaven. Takođe, nešto niži stepen oštećenja primećen je i kod sorti: Opal, Valor, Madeleine Pouyet, Spring Gold i Baby Gold.sr
dc.description.abstractThe paper presents preliminary results of the application of biological chemical CROPAID which extends ecological dormancy of fruit trees and intensifies the resistance of trees to low temperatures. The experiments were performed at the site of Preljinsko Brdo, the trial field of Fruit Research Institute, on species of plum (cvs Opal, Valor, Valjevka, Čačanska Lepotica, Čačanska Rodna, Stanley, California Blue) and peach (cvs Madeleine Pouyet, Red Heaven, Sprin Gold, Baby Gold). The trees were treated with 0.5% solution of the chemical in three replications over the growing period (March 10, 20, 31, 2008) and were subsequently exposed to low temperatures (-4 oC) for two hours. The effect of the applied chemical was monitored by identifying the level of flower damage in studied trees by the fluorescent microscope OLYMPUS BX61. The effect of the chemical (the lowest damage) has been evidenced in cvs Valjevka and Red Heaven. Similarly, somewhat lower damage has been observed in cvs Opal, Valor, Madeleine Pouyet, Spring Gold and Baby Gold.en
