Ispitivanje programne faze oplodnje kod sorte šljive Čačanska lepotica
Study of the programic phase of pollination in the plum cultivar Čačanska Lepotica
Abstract
U radu je ispitivana programna faza oplodnje kod šljive sorte Čačanska lepotica (Prunus domestica L.), određivanjem kvantitativnih parametara efikasnosti rasta polenovih cevčica u tri varijante oprašivanja (sorta Čačanska najbolja, samooprašivanje i slobodno oprašivanje) u sistemu guste sadnje. U obe godine ispitivanja najveći prosečan broj polenovih cevčica u stubiću konstatovan je u varijanti samooprašivanja. U plodniku sorte Čačanska lepotica najveći prosečan broj polenovih cevčica utvrđen je u varijanti slobodnog oprašivanja u prvoj, i u kombinaciji sa cv Čačanska najbolja u drugoj godini ispitivanja. Rezultati ispitivanja dinamike rasta polenovih cevčica in vivo u obe godine pokazali su najveću efikasnost oprašivanja u varijanti sa sortom Čačanska najbolja kao oprašivačem.
The work examined the programic phase of the pollination of the plum cultivar Čačanska lepotica (Prunus domestica L.). The study was based on determination of the quantitative parameters of the growth efficiency of pollen tubes recorded in three pollination variants (cv Čačanska Najbolja, self-pollination and open pollination) in the dense planting system. In both years of the research, the largest number of pollen tubes was recorded in the self-pollination variant. During the first year of the research with the cv Čačanska Lepotica, the highest average number of pollen tubes in the ovary was found in the open pollination variant. In the second year, the highest number of the pollen tubes was found with cv Čačanska najbolja in combination of pollination. The research of the in vivo growth dynamics of the pollen tubes showed that the highest level of efficiency was found with cv Čačanska Najbolja in combination of pollination, in both years of the research.
